House Rules 
  For your comfort and ours...
  • Check in time is 3:00 p.m. and check out time is 11:00 a.m.
  • Pets are not permitted under any conditions.
  • Grills are not allowed in the unit or on the balconies. Please use the grills available in the picnic/grill area.
  • Rentals will not be made to vacationing students or singles under the age of 25 unless accompanied by an adult guardian or parent. No chaperoned groups.
  • A security/damage deposit of $150 is required at the time of reservation. The deposit will not be applied to rent. The deposit will be refundable within thirty days of departure provided the following terms are met: a) agreement term has expired or agreement has been terminated by all parties, b) all monies due Owner by Renter have been paid, c) premises is not damaged beyond normal wear and tear, d) all keys are returned to Owner, and e). all debris and rubbish are placed in the trash chute near the elevators and soiled dishes are placed in dishwasher.

  • Maximum occupancy of guests in the unit is limited to 6 people.

  • Do not remove any furniture or linens to the beach. Please bring your own beach towels, all other linens provided.

  • Remove sand and dry your feet before entering the building.

  • Do not hang towels or bathing suits over the balcony rails. Please place on chairs, drying racks on the balcony.

  • No shrimp shells or hard substances down the sink or disposal. Guests may incur additional costs if obstruction occurs due to these types of items or other foreign objects found in disposal.

  • The unit is equipped with a washer/dryer. Please clean the filter in the dryer after each use. Do not wash sandy items in the washer; rinse first by hand.

  • Deposit all trash in the trash chute located near the elevators.

  • Guests causing excessive noise will be asked to check out immediately with NO REFUNDS.

  • Upon departure, please place all dirty dishes in the dishwasher, remove all trash from the unit, close all windows and lock the door.

  • A complimentary roll of toilet tissue and hand and bath soap is provided per bathroom and well as dishwasher soap. No additional supplies will be provided.

  • Daily maid service is not available.

  • Falsified reservations are subject to forfeiture of advance payments and security deposit, and the party will not be allowed to check in.
  • In case of a hurricane, no refunds will be given unless: a) The National Weather Service advises that we are in a "Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning area" and/or b) a "Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning" has been issued for the area of residence of a vacationing guest. The day the NWS advises that we are in a "Tropical Storm/ Hurricane Warning" area the Owner will refund any unused portion of rent from a guest currently registered; b) any unused portion of rent from a guest that is scheduled to arrive and wants to shorten their stay to come in after the Hurricane Warning is lifted; and c) any advance rent collected or deposit for a reservation scheduled to arrive during the "Hurricane Warning" period.

  • Cancellations made more than thirty days prior to check in will forfeit $50. Cancellations made within thirty days of check in will forfeit deposit ($150).
